Individual Criteria

Individual Best Routine - Routine time limit is 1 minute maximum. -  Music may be used for the entire routine or just a portion of it. - Individual routines must contain a cheer.  If your entire routine is to music, the judges must be able to hear the cheer portion of the routine.  - Routines must include at least three stamina jumps, tumbling pass, a cheer, motions and dance. 

Best Duo and Trio Routine -Routine time limit is 1 minute maximum.  - Music may be used for the entire routine or just a portion of it. -  Individual routines must contain a cheer.  If your entire routine is to music, the judges must be able to hear the cheer portion of the routine.  -  Routines must include at least three stamina jumps, tumbling pass, a cheer, motions and dance.  - No Stunting is permitted

Spirit Leader - Routine time limit is 1 minute maximum. - Music may be used for the entire routine or just a portion of it. -Individual routines must contain a cheer.  If your entire routine is to music, the judges must be able to hear the cheer portion of the routine.  - Routines must include at least three stamina jumps, a cheer, motions and dance. - Participants may not tumble

Spirit Leader Duo and Trio - Routine time limit is 1 minute maximum. - Music may be used for the entire routine or just a portion of it. - Individual routines must contain a cheer.  If your entire routine is to music, the judges must be able to hear the cheer portion of the routine.  -  Routines must include at least three stamina jumps, a cheer, motions and dance.  - No Stunting or Tumbling is permitted

Group and Partner Stunting- Routine time limit is 1 minute maximum. - Groups may have 4 to 5 members. Partner Stunt must have 1 female and 1 male. -  Routines must consist of all stunts.  No motions or dance.  Tumbling into a stunt is allowed. - Partner Stunting must provide their own spotters. Spotters may not assist with the routine.

Power Tumbling-Must perform 2 running passes. Passes may only go one direction of the floor - Must perform standing tumbling may only include 2 elements.

Power Jumps-Must perform 2 Jumps Individually. -Must perform 5 stamina jumps. Stamina jumps may be the same jump repeated or a variety of jumps.
