GENERAL GUIDELINES
  • All teams must have proof-of-age for all athletes competing. At any time during the competition a team must be able to provide verification for any athlete. Illegal participation or lack of age verification will result in disqualification.
  • 3P reserves the right to add, change, delete, or combine any divisions for any reason as well as move teams to designated divisions.
  • All team members must start within the competition floor.
  • All-Star teams will compete on a 54'x42' spring floor. High schools will be on Non Spring Floor.
  • Teams may not pre-build any partner stunts or pyramids before timing starts.
  • Timing will begin with the first organized movement of a cheer or dance, the first note of music, the first words, or the building of a partner stunt or pyramid.
  • One representative from your group will be responsible for running your music during the competition. This person is required to remain at the sound booth through your team's entire performance.
  • Music must be on CD or I-Pod
  • In the event your routine is interrupted due to failure of the competition equipment, facilities, etc. you may restart your routine from the beginning or from when the interruption occurred.
  • If the interruption is is due to failure of your equipment, supplies, personnel, or injury, you may either continue or withdraw from the competition.
  • For the Cheer Explosion event only, the top 3 teams will compete twice. They will compete in a podium style face-off. The first performance is judged, the second performance is ranked.
  • The competition reserves the right to stop a performance at any time due to injury.
ALL-STAR CHEER TEAM GUIDELINES
  • Routines may not exceed 2 minutes and 30 seconds in length
  • All-Star Cheer teams must follow the USASF Age and Level Rules and Safety Guidelines
  • Team members may compete in more than one All Star Division as long as they abide by the age restrictions in all divisions in which they compete.

  • All coaches must be USASF certified to enter the warm-up area. At least one coach from the organization must be credentialed to the level in which the team is competing.
INDIVIDUAL BEST ROUTINE
  • Routine time limit is 90 seconds.
  • Must follow USASF Level 5 rules
  • Music may be used for the entire routine or a portion of it.
  • Individual routines must contain a cheer.
  • If you entire routine is to music, the judges must be able to hear the cheer portion over the music.
  • Routines must include at least 3 stamina jumps, a tumbling pass, a cheer, motions, and dance.
  • Routine may include up to level 5 tumbling
BEST DUO AND TRIO ROUTINE
  • Routine time limit is 90 seconds.
  • Must follow USASF Level 5 rules
  • Music may be used for the entire routine or a portion of it.
  • Individual routines must contain a cheer.
  • If you entire routine is to music, the judges must be able to hear the cheer portion over the music.
  • Routines must include at least 3 stamina jumps, a tumbling pass, a cheer, motions, and dance.
  • No stunting permitted.
  • Routine may include up to level 5 tumbling
SPIRIT LEADER ROUTINE 
  • Routine time limit is 90 seconds.
  • Must follow USASF Level 2 rules
  • Music may be used for the entire routine or a portion of it.
  • Individual routines must contain a cheer.
  • If you entire routine is to music, the judges must be able to hear the cheer portion over the music.
  • Routines must include at least 3 stamina jumps, a cheer, motions, and dance.
  • Only level 1 and 2 tumbling permitted.
SPIRIT LEADER DUO AND TRIO ROUTINE
  • Routine time limit is 90 seconds.
  • Must follow USASF Level 2 rules
  • Music may be used for the entire routine or a portion of it.
  • Individual routines must contain a cheer.
  • If you entire routine is to music, the judges must be able to hear the cheer portion over the music.
  • Routines must include at least 3 stamina jumps, a cheer, motions, and dance.
  • Only level 1 and 2 tumbling permitted.
GROUP AND PARTNER STUNTING
  • Routine time limit is one minute.
  • Groups may have 4 or 5 members.
  • Partner Stunt Groups must have 1 female and 1 male.
  • Routines must consist of all stunts. No motions or dance.
  • Tumbling into a stunt is allowed.
  • Partner Stunt Groups must provide their own spotters. Spotter may not assist with the routine.
POWER TUMBLING AND JUMPS
  • Will be done at some events as a Fundraiser for Charities. Contest will be held if time allows right before the awards ceremony. It is recommended that a minimum of a $5.00 donation be given in order to participate.
REGISTRATION
  • Teams must enter the competition and pay in full at least 30 days prior to the event.
  • No Refunds will be issued for any reason for cancellations the week of the event.
  • A Competition credit will be issued for any changes in registration
